Each order is handled as one documented process: a single quote, a single invoice from a U.S. company, and one shipment to track.
Receiving & consolidation
Orders from several suppliers are received at our Florida warehouse partners, checked against the purchase order and palletized.
Freight coordination
We book ocean (LCL/FCL) and air cargo through licensed freight forwarders and carriers out of Miami and other Florida gateways.
Export documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificates, with EEI filing coordinated through our forwarder and a full document set for the buyer's customs broker.

A1 Global Logistics LLC was organized in Florida in November 2025 as the U.S. purchasing, export and technology company of the A1 group.
It is led by its managing member, Charly C. Asmat Soto, who has spent 14 years importing and distributing laptops, computers and accessories in Ecuador through A1 Portátiles, and who leads the development of the A1 Brain platform.
We work with businesses, not consumers: resellers, retailers and companies that need reliable U.S. supply, software that fits how they operate, and one accountable partner.

We verify every business customer before accepting an order or activating a membership, and keep company and tax information on file.
Export controls
We follow U.S. export regulations, screen parties against U.S. government restricted-party lists and do not ship to sanctioned countries or persons. We do not handle weapons, hazardous materials or licensed items.
